JUST PUT ONE FOOT IN FRONT OF THE OTHER...

Shawn actually has shown the ability to know pretty early on that one foot went in front of the other, when most children keep their feet in place while you move them forward. But now at 9 months he's doing it with a greater sense of knowing he won't fall down too easily. He didn't react to our excitement, perhaps thinking that all 9 month olds do this, but we thought it was pretty neat. His father was walking at 10 months, so maybe this leaf won't fall too far from the tree....
