Happy 83rd birthday to my mom today!She's getting ready for Angels spring training camp in Arizona on March 8th - she loves her Angels, but the team this year will be following the Yankees and Boston, this much we know right now. We lost some great players, Figgie, Lackey, Oliver, but we gained "Chop Suey", as she calls him, from the Yankees, his true name escapes me right now.
She also loves her Packers. She wasn't loyal to Favre, only to the Packers, and when he left, that was it with her.
Mom was married for almost 25 years, raised four daughters, has four grandsons, and now has two great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter, she is truly blessed. She loves to play Scrabble, contract rummy, Mexican Train dominoes, and solitaire. We're taking her out to lunch today at Macaroni Grill, one of her favorite restaurants. Happy Birthday Mom, you're loved so much!
