SHAWN IS 4 MONTHS OLD!

It's hard to believe that Baby Shawn is four months old already - the time has gone by so fast, but yet when you look at him, he still seems so small. We look at the pictures of just a month ago and see how much he's grown. He has his 4-month doctor visit this week, but he should be around 15 pounds about now. GROWTH UPDATES: He's now reaching for objects and watches them in his hand, not sure what to do with them though. He'll pull the pacifier out of his mouth, then stare at it and wonder how to get it back in. We still have some of the small tubular bottles from the hospital that we use when we're out and about and he just wants a small something to drink. Those bottles fit perfectly in his hand - he'll pull it out of his mouth then cry because he can't get it back in his mouth. He'll figure it out - he also seems to be enjoying The Little Einsteins, a little kid's show that focuses on a particular composer, then these characters get in their airship and go look for pieces of the music. Regardless of what he "watches" or listens to, he's surrounded by music, after all, the tradition has to continue with as much music as we have going on in this family. He also loves to stand up or sit up. The only time he'll lie down is to have his bottle, but other than that, he doesn't want to miss a thing. He's not into taking more than an hour nap a day, but he makes up for it by going to bed at 8:30pm and waking up around 7:30am. He loves his bed and often is found in the morning with his arm on his Winnie the Pooh. Thanks to cousin Brian's influence, he'll be surrounded by Disney characters in no time, his room is, after all already, Classic Pooh. And as you can see by the pictures, he's already been labeled an Angels fan, influenced of course by his Great Nana.
